We offer free delivery on all orders over £25 to all of our UK mainland customers. Orders under £25 will have a standard postage charge of £4.95 added to the order.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
As soon as you’ve made your order, we’ll dispatch your product(s) and you will receive it within 3 – 5 days.
Deliveries are be made with our nominated courier service DPD. All parcels are trackable and DPD will send you a tracking link if a mobile number and email address is provided when you place your order. You don’t need to be available to accept your delivery at your address as the tracking link sent by DPD will allow you to add delivery instructions to leave in a safe place if you wish.
Due to poor weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control, a late or cancelled delivery may occur.
Do you live in a flat or university accomodation?
Please note that DPD drivers are only insured on ground floor. Therefore, to avoid your parcel being left in a communal area please add ‘call me’ instructions to your delivery, or a ‘safe place’ – that does not go above ground floor. You can do this via your DPD delivery email and SMS notifcations. If this has not been done in advance of your delivery, we are unable to raise this parcel as lost via DPD, and will not be able to replace the items.
We can only accept customer orders for delivery to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland, although restrictions and additional delivery charges may apply to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. Addresses in Scottish Highlands (postcodes starting IV, AB, FK, HS, KA, KW, PA and PH), Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
Delivering outside of the UK

Before you place an order for delivery, please read our terms and conditions and returns policy. If we need to make a fresh batch of food and there is going to be a delay, we will pop you a call or email to keep you informed of your delivery date.
